The Myer Centre held Adelaide’s richest Latte Art Smack Down on Friday 19th July 2013. The Myer Centre, BOTZ Café, Veneziano Coffee Roasters and the specialty coffee industry banded together to support this inaugural event.
A Latte Art Smack down is a group of baristas competing in a fast-paced, knock-out competition to see who produces the best latte art on the night. Judges look for definition and contrast with the pattern on milk, symmetry of design and design level of difficulty.
Beats from Fresh 92.7’s DJ Ryley, camera close ups from Zhivago TV and free coffee ensured all were in for a great night!
