The Myer Centre is the place to be this holiday season. There’s so much more than just present shopping and Christmas chaos. We’re the centre of the Christmas spirit, with a packed calendar of events throughout December.
And with the cheapest car parking rates in all of the CBD, doing all your Christmas shopping and having fun at the Myer Centre and Rundle Mall is more convenient than ever before.
Park for an $8 flat fee any time after 4.00pm, or if you’re coming in on the weekend, get in before 9.30am on Saturday for a flat rate of $17, or before 11.30am on Sunday for $9 all day.

The holiday season starts soon. Add these events to your calendar.
Christmas Pageant Day
Start your Christmas Pageant day at the Myer Centre. Stop in for a morning of festive fun, food, and free gifts for the kids.
The celebrations kick off early at 7.00am, so you can all fuel up before the parade begins. There will be coffee for the parents and delicious breakfast options for all appetites. Food vendors will be serving up pastries to full meals.
To redeem the free kid’s bags, all you need to do is spend $10 or more in the Myer Centre (and sign up for our VIP programme).
The Christmas activity packs include:
- A colour-in tote bag
- An activity book
- A bucket hat
- An exclusive Myer Centre charm bracelet (just like Crocs).
This little gift bag doubles as a way to keep their little hands busy while waiting for Santa. Get in early, because the little elves have only packed a limited number of Christmas bags.
Then, from December 1 until Christmas Eve, Myer Centre will host these events:
Santaland at MYER
For most of December, MYER is hosting Santaland. The kids can meet Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas, as well as ride the Santaland Express train to the North Pole. MYER will also have Santa Paws and a special mailbox to post letters to Santa. This is a fun day out for the whole family, grandparents included.
Candy Cane Lane
Candy Cane Lane is back this year, which transforms Myer Centre’s ground floor into a Christmas movie. There are special activations, arts and crafts workshops, colouring stations for cards, and much more.
Gift-wrapping service
Get all your Christmas shopping done and wrapped at the Myer Centre. The Ronald McDonald House will be wrapping gifts on the ground floor for a gold dollar donation to help Aussie families in need this Christmas.
