What's Coming

Myer Centre Adelaide is in the middle of its most significant period of change in decades. Here's what's underway, what's been completed and what's on the way.

Underway

Food Court Refurbishment

Adelaide's largest CBD food court is getting a major overhaul. A $XM refurbishment is currently underway, delivering a new fitout, a revamped layout and an expanded lineup of food and beverage operators. Works are being carried out overnight so the food court remains fully open during the day and shoppers and city workers can continue to visit as usual while the transformation takes shape behind the scenes. New tenant announcements will be made progressively as leasing is finalised. The refurbishment is expected to be complete by the end of 2026.

Completed

Facade Upgrade

In 2024, a $15 million upgrade to the Myer Centre Adelaide’s exterior was completed including new cladding, high-performance glazing, a ground-level canopy and specialised lighting that transforms the centre's presence on Rundle Mall, particularly after dark.

More to come

The food court refurbishment is one part of a broader programme of upgrades and improvements being delivered across the centre. Further announcements will be made as works progress.
