Stewart White, Head of Marketing at Sushi Hub Group, says what sets the brand apart is their quality of ingredients and creative combinations.

According to White, Sushi Hub is always introducing new dishes and variations on popular items.
“We listen to our customers and develop menu items according to their tastes, including slight tweaks such as adding brown rice and vegetarian options. There are some 50 items on the menu. The top sellers are the grilled salmon nigiri, salmon avocado maki rolls, crispy chicken avocado maki rolls, tuna salad avocado maki rolls, and prawn katsu avocado maki rolls,” he added.
